Muskogee, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, USA

Muskogee is a city and the seat of Muskogee County in eastern Oklahoma. It lies southeast of Tulsa near the convergence of the Arkansas, Grand and Verdigris rivers. The city developed around a Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railway station established in 1872. Rail connections and regional government services helped shape its development.
