These Terms of Use govern your access to DysruptionHub, including its website, newsletters, membership features, comments, data tools and related services.
DysruptionHub is published by ColTex Media LLC. References to “DysruptionHub,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to ColTex Media LLC doing business as DysruptionHub.
By using DysruptionHub, creating an account, submitting public content or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable services.
Accounts
You may be required to provide an email address or other information to create an account or use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account access, sign-in links and credentials secure.

Ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility tools and standard use of DysruptionHub’s public RSS feeds are permitted.

- Republish or create a substitute for DysruptionHub content or databases.
- Circumvent access controls or membership restrictions.
- Place an unreasonable load on the website or interfere with its operation.
- Collect information about members or other users.
- Use DysruptionHub content to train, develop or improve an artificial intelligence or machine-learning model, except with written permission or as permitted by applicable law.
Prohibited conduct

- Use DysruptionHub for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

By posting a comment or other public contribution, you grant ColTex Media LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, moderate and archive that contribution as reasonably necessary to operate and promote DysruptionHub.
You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that its publication will not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
We may moderate, restrict or remove public contributions at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish or preserve a comment or submission.
This section applies to material intended for public posting. It does not apply to confidential source communications, unpublished news tips or material submitted for journalistic review. Those communications are handled under our Editorial Standards and Privacy Policy.
Memberships and payments
DysruptionHub may offer free and paid memberships. Prices, billing intervals and included benefits are displayed when a membership is purchased.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to the payment terms shown at checkout.
A membership identified as recurring will renew at the stated interval until canceled. You may cancel through your account before the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Payments are nonrefundable after processing except when required by law or when DysruptionHub expressly agrees otherwise.
We may change future membership prices or benefits. Changes will not alter charges already paid and will be communicated before they apply to a subsequent renewal when required.
Intellectual property
Except for third-party material, user contributions and material otherwise identified, the original reporting, writing, graphics, databases, website design and other creative content published by DysruptionHub are owned by ColTex Media LLC or the applicable author or licensor.
“DysruptionHub,” its logo and associated branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

Third-party services
DysruptionHub uses third-party services for functions such as payments, email delivery, website hosting and security. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Availability and modifications

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the most recent revision.
Changes apply prospectively after publication. Continued use of DysruptionHub after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
