18th Judicial Circuit Court

The 18th Judicial Circuit Court is an Illinois trial court serving DuPage County. It is one of the state’s single-county circuits and exercises the circuit court’s general original jurisdiction. A chief judge chosen by the circuit’s judges oversees court administration with support from a trial court administrator and other staff. The court operates at the DuPage County Courthouse on North County Farm Road in Wheaton. Public services include remote-proceeding information, interpreter assistance, mandatory arbitration and a law library. The separately elected circuit clerk maintains case files and related financial records for the court.
