Allegheny County District Attorney's Office

The Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office is the public prosecution office serving Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, from the county courthouse in Pittsburgh. Its attorneys and investigators handle criminal cases through units devoted to homicide, violent crimes, child abuse, domestic violence, narcotics, fraud and other offenses. The office also conducts pretrial screening, manages discovery, handles appeals and supports specialized treatment-court work.
