City of Killeen

The City of Killeen is the municipal government serving Killeen in Bell County, Texas. It operates under a council-manager charter, with an elected mayor and seven council members setting policy while an appointed city manager directs daily administration. Four council members represent districts and three are elected at large, alongside the mayor. Municipal departments administer utility collections, solid waste services, public safety, planning, parks and recreation, and the Municipal Court for residents and businesses. City Hall is at 101 N. College St., where the government maintains its central offices and council chambers.
