City of Richland

The City of Richland is the municipal government serving Richland, Washington, in Benton County. It operates under a council-manager system, with elected council members setting policy and an appointed city manager overseeing administration and city departments. The city provides municipal utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, solid waste and stormwater services. Its government also maintains public records, publishes ordinances and resolutions, and organizes public meetings through the city clerk’s office. City Hall is on Swift Boulevard.
