City of Saratoga Springs

The City of Saratoga Springs is the municipal government serving Saratoga Springs in upstate New York. Its five-member City Council comprises the mayor and commissioners of accounts, finance, public works and public safety. The mayor represents the city and presides over council meetings. The mayor appoints the city attorney and members of planning, zoning, ethics, recreation and other municipal boards. City departments oversee administrative, public works and public safety functions, with additional offices supporting planning, building inspection and community development. City Hall, at 474 Broadway, houses the mayor’s office and other municipal administrative offices.
