CivicPlus is a government technology company based in Manhattan, Kansas, that develops software for public agencies and the people they serve. Its products support municipal websites, public meetings, recreation programs, utility billing, emergency notifications and resident service requests. The portfolio includes Municode tools for local codes and ordinances, NextRequest for public records requests and SeeClickFix for reporting community problems. The company serves local and state governments, special districts and educational institutions. Founded in 1998 after growing out of the technical services business Networks Plus, CivicPlus initially developed website tools that allowed city employees to maintain public information without a dedicated webmaster.
