Community Health Northwest Florida

Community Health Northwest Florida is a nonprofit community health center serving the Pensacola Bay area and surrounding communities in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties, Florida. Legally Escambia Community Clinics, Inc., it was established in 1991, opened for patient care in 1992 and adopted its current operating name in 2018. The organization became a federally qualified health center in 2007. Its services include primary and pediatric care, dentistry, behavioral health, pharmacy and diagnostic support, with mobile medical and dental outreach. Its main administrative office is on West Jackson Street in Pensacola, and it serves uninsured, underinsured and medically underserved residents.
