Founded in 1982, it develops tools for managing service desks, business workflows, remote access and customer technology environments. Its cybersecurity and data protection portfolio includes monitoring, incident response, backup and disaster recovery services. ConnectWise acquired SkyKick in September 2024, adding cloud backup and software-as-a-service security capabilities to its offerings. The company also operates IT Nation, a community and events program for technology service providers, alongside training, integrations and support for its software users.
