Intoxalock

Intoxalock is the primary trade name of Consumer Safety Technology LLC, part of the Mindr family of alcohol-monitoring and driver-safety brands. It develops and leases ignition-interlock devices and supports installation, calibration, monitoring and removal through a nationwide service-center network. The company says its devices meet requirements in 46 states and can be installed voluntarily in all 50. Mindr’s current legal notices and corporate pages list its headquarters in Urbandale, Iowa, in the Des Moines metropolitan area. Consumer Safety Technology began officially doing business as Intoxalock in 2012.
