Masimo Corp. develops and manufactures patient-monitoring technologies and medical devices for clinical and home settings. Its products include pulse oximetry, brain-function and hemodynamic monitoring, alongside systems that connect devices and patient information across hospital workflows. Hospitals, emergency medical services, physician offices and other care providers obtain its products through direct sales, distributors and equipment-manufacturer partners. The company maintains its corporate headquarters at 52 Discovery in Irvine, California. Masimo became a wholly owned subsidiary of Danaher in June 2026 and operates under its own brand within Danaher’s Diagnostics segment. Its monitoring products and associated software support the measurement and communication of patients’ physiological status.
