Memorial Hospital and Manor

Memorial Hospital and Manor is a public community health care provider based in Bainbridge, Georgia. It is operated by the Hospital Authority of the City of Bainbridge and Decatur County, a public corporation. The organization includes Memorial Hospital, Memorial Manor Nursing Home and Willow Ridge, a personal care facility. Its services include emergency medicine, inpatient care, surgery, intensive care, rehabilitation, diagnostic services and physician practices. Memorial Hospital opened in April 1960, and long-term care facilities were added in the 1970s. The authority’s board includes five members appointed by Decatur County and two appointed by Bainbridge. The hospital’s main campus is at 1500 East Shotwell Street.
