PrimaryPlus is the operating name of Lewis County Primary Care Center Inc., a nonprofit federally qualified health center founded in 1983. Based in Vanceburg, Kentucky, the organization provides outpatient care through a network of clinics in northeastern Kentucky and southern Ohio.
