Rainbow Communications

Rainbow Communications is a rural telecommunications provider based in Everest, Kansas. It began serving northeast Kansas communities in the 1950s and now offers broadband and telephone service to homes and businesses in more than 25 communities. Its network has grown from early telephone exchanges in Everest and Robinson to fiber service reaching Atchison and other towns. Rainbow also maintains community programs, including broadband access efforts and local grants. Its service area centers on smaller communities that may have fewer communications providers than nearby urban markets.
