SPI Worldwide Trade Limited is a company formed under the laws of Cyprus and associated with the international Stoli Group. U.S. bankruptcy filings identify it as the direct owner of Kentucky Owl LLC, the group company holding whiskey inventory and related assets. A June 2025 disclosure statement lists it as Kentucky Owl’s sole equity owner and as the lender under a 2017 intercompany loan agreement. That ownership and financing role is separate from S.P.I. Spirits (Cyprus) Limited, another group affiliate that owns Stoli Group (USA) LLC and coordinates international commercial operations.
