St. Joseph Healthcare

St. Joseph Healthcare is a nonprofit Catholic health care organization serving Bangor, Maine, and the surrounding community. The Felician Sisters founded its hospital ministry in 1947, and the organization is now a member of Covenant Health. It operates an acute-care community hospital supported by primary care providers and specialists. Hospital services include medical and surgical treatment, orthopedics, cardiopulmonary care, laboratory testing and inpatient physical and occupational therapy. A round-the-clock emergency department and a dedicated Skin and Wound Healing Center extend its acute and specialty care. The main hospital is at 360 Broadway in Bangor, with outpatient practices forming part of the wider care network.
