St. Mary Health Care Center

St. Mary Health Care Center is a nonprofit Catholic nursing and rehabilitation provider in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts. Sponsored by Covenant Health since 1998, it traces its ministry to the legacy of St. Marguerite d’Youville and the Sisters of Charity of Montreal. The center provides short-term rehabilitation after hospitalization and long-term nursing care for older adults who need ongoing support. Its programs also include memory care, respite stays and palliative and hospice care. Physical, occupational and speech therapy are offered alongside nursing, social work and nutritional services. Based at 39 Queen St., the center works with residents on individual care plans and supports both recovery and daily residential life.
