Town of Damariscotta, Maine

The Town of Damariscotta is the municipal government for a Lincoln County community in Maine’s Midcoast region. Its Town Meeting serves as the legislative body, while an elected Select Board provides policy direction and an appointed town manager oversees daily operations. Residents vote on the annual budget and other municipal matters at Town Meeting. Town departments provide public safety, roads, assessments, code enforcement, planning, elections and financial administration.
