Turning Stone Resort Casino is a gaming and hospitality resort in Verona, New York, owned by the Oneida Indian Nation and operated within Turning Stone Enterprises. It opened in July 1993 on Oneida Nation lands and became the flagship property of the Nation’s business portfolio. The resort combines casino gaming with hotels, restaurants, concert venues and meeting and wedding facilities for overnight guests and day visitors. Its gaming offerings include slot machines, table games, poker, bingo and sports betting.
