Watsonville Community Hospital

Watsonville Community Hospital is a public, nonprofit acute care hospital in Watsonville, California. Its legal name is Pajaro Valley Health Care District Hospital Corporation, established in 2022 to operate the hospital on behalf of the district. The hospital provides emergency, medical and surgical care, including cardiac care, diagnostic imaging, rehabilitation, maternity services and wound care. Its history dates to the original hospital founded in 1895, and its current campus serves the Pajaro Valley and surrounding Central Coast communities. The hospital and district share a five-member board that provides public oversight of hospital operations and related outpatient services.
