Western Washington University

Western Washington University is a public university based in Bellingham, Washington. Established in 1893, it provides undergraduate and graduate education, including more than 200 undergraduate programs and more than 40 graduate programs. Its colleges cover the humanities, social sciences, science and engineering, business, the arts, education and environmental studies. In addition to its main campus, the university maintains research and teaching locations elsewhere in Washington, including Everett and communities on the Olympic and Kitsap peninsulas. Online and continuing education offerings extend access beyond its residential campus. Western also works with community colleges and local partners across the Puget Sound and Salish Sea regions.
