A breach of Navigate360's P3 Global Intel platform exposed millions of crime, school safety and federal tips. Crime Stoppers of Oregon paused P3 submissions, Portland police directed tipsters elsewhere, and the Oregon program later closed, citing the breach among several factors. Sandy Hook Promise tip data appeared in the stolen records; it said its reporting system remained operational.
