Public report preview
Saber Healthcare Group reported that unauthorized corporate network access and file encryption caused an outage of some internal and external systems on July 27, 2026. A spokesperson later said internal systems returned within hours; inaccessible files were restored from backups within 24–48 hours. Its separately hosted electronic medical record system was unaffected, and no patient-care interruption was reported. Potential personal-information exposure remains under review; data theft and the threat actor are unconfirmed.
