Mississippi state websites experience Election Day access problems

The Mississippi Secretary of State's noon Nov. 3, 2026, Election Day report acknowledged slow response times and connection errors on state-agency websites. It expressly said election operations and system security were unaffected. The notice did not identify the complete affected-site inventory, technical cause or restoration time. No connection to the separate October U.S.NEXT hosting-provider attack was established.
