Comcast outage disrupts Fort Wayne airport internet and payments

A Comcast internet outage disrupted Fort Wayne International Airport and other area businesses on Oct. 9, 2026. The airport warned passengers of longer waits, advised them to bring cash because credit-card readers were unavailable, and said TSA and parking operations continued. WPTA subsequently reported internet access fully restored Saturday morning, Oct. 10. The underlying cause and exact repair time remained unconfirmed.
