Dove Creek, Dolores County, Colorado, USA

Dove Creek is a statutory town in southwestern Colorado and the seat of Dolores County. It incorporated July 10, 1939. The surrounding high-altitude farming country produces wheat, dry beans and hay, much of it grown without irrigation. Water from the Dolores Project supports limited irrigation and supplies raw water for the town.
