Wildwood, Sumter County, Florida, USA

Wildwood is a city in Sumter County in central Florida. Its settlement history dates to 1877, and the railroad’s arrival in 1883 helped it develop as a center for commerce and tourism. The city has long been known as the crossroads of Florida because of its transportation connections. Main Street, also U.S. Highway 301, passes through its downtown business and municipal district.
