New Haven is a city in Allen County in northeastern Indiana. Its development includes the historic Besancon settlement and the Lincoln Highway corridor. The city had about 15,600 residents in the 2020 census. Platted in 1839, it became an incorporated town in 1865 and a city in 1963.
