Sterling, Loudoun County, Virginia, USA

Sterling is a suburban community in eastern Loudoun County, Virginia, near Washington Dulles International Airport. Its older settlement included a commercial center along the railroad through Old Sterling. Development of the planned Sterling Park community began in the early 1960s. That development helped bring suburban growth to eastern Loudoun.
