Bar Nunn, Natrona County, Wyoming, USA
Municipality
Location overview

Bar Nunn is a town in Natrona County, Wyoming, immediately north of Casper. It occupies the site of Wardwell Field, the county’s former airport, where old runways became town streets. The land was subdivided for homes after the airport moved, and residents incorporated Bar Nunn in 1982. The town’s street layout preserves that unusual aviation history within a residential community on the high plains. Local parks and open spaces serve its neighborhoods.
