Pine Bluffs is a town in eastern Laramie County, Wyoming, beside the Nebraska border and Interstate 80. Its name refers to the pine-covered bluffs overlooking the community. The Union Pacific Railroad and the Texas cattle trail helped make the town a livestock shipping center. The Texas Trail Museum preserves that transportation and agricultural history, while trails near the bluffs pass through native grassland.
