Laramie County Library System logo

Laramie County Library System is the public library system serving Laramie County, Wyoming, through its main library in Cheyenne, branches in Burns and Pine Bluffs, and a mobile library. It provides lending collections, digital resources, public computers, Wi-Fi, research assistance, programs and community meeting space. Founded in 1886, the system opened its current main library at 2200 Pioneer Avenue in September 2007. A board appointed by the Laramie County Commissioners oversees strategic planning, policies and fiscal matters. County property-tax revenue and a portion of the county’s optional sales-tax revenue support library operations.
