13th Circuit Court, Michigan

The 13th Circuit Court is a Michigan state trial court serving Antrim, Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties. It hears felony cases, larger civil disputes, requests for injunctive relief and domestic relations matters. Its family divisions handle juvenile criminal cases, child abuse and neglect cases, guardianships and adoptions. The court also hears appeals from the 86th District Court and administrative agencies. Its administrator coordinates hearings and oversees the Friend of the Court and family divisions, while county clerks maintain court files and accept filings and payments. The administrator’s office is in Traverse City.
