Central Maine Medical Center

Central Maine Medical Center is a 250-bed nonprofit hospital in Lewiston, Maine, and the flagship facility of Central Maine Healthcare. It provides inpatient and outpatient services to people in central Maine from its campus on Main Street. Its clinical programs include emergency care around the clock, cancer treatment, stroke care and other specialized services. The hospital’s cancer center brings medical specialists and diagnostic and treatment services together in one center. It also serves as the southern Maine base for LifeFlight of Maine’s medical helicopter service. The hospital is a member of the Prime Healthcare Foundation family of hospitals.
