Centralus Health

Centralus Health is a regional health system formed through the affiliation of Arnot Health and Cayuga Health in January 2025. It serves communities across New York’s Southern Tier, Finger Lakes and central region through its member organizations. The combined network provides emergency and inpatient care, cardiac and cancer services, maternity care, outpatient treatment and behavioral health services. Its broader services also include rehabilitation, long-term care, home nursing and emergency transportation. The affiliation was developed to coordinate resources, expand access to specialized care and support investment in facilities, workforce and shared clinical technology across the participating health systems.
