Organization overview

Georgia Department of Human Services’ SNAP call center logo

The Georgia Department of Human Services’ SNAP call center is a state-contracted telephone service supporting Georgia electronic benefit transfer cardholders. Conduent operates the interactive voice response system under contract with the department. Cardholders use the service to check card status and account balances, and the state’s EBT customer service line also handles requests for replacement cards. The Division of Family & Children Services administers Georgia’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, which provides monthly food benefits to eligible households. Telephone account support complements the ConnectEBT website and mobile app, through which cardholders can review balances, deposits and transactions and manage card security settings.
