International Game Technology

International Game Technology was the name used by a global lottery and gaming technology group before its 2025 business separation. The group brought together GTECH and the former International Game Technology business in 2015, supplying lottery systems, gaming machines, digital games and related technology. Its principal executive office was in London, with major U.S. operations including Providence, Rhode Island, and the Las Vegas area. In July 2025, the continuing listed company became Brightstar Lottery PLC after selling its Gaming & Digital business to an Apollo-controlled buyer. The separated gaming business retained the IGT brand, while the continuing company focused on lottery technology and services.
