Lower Sioux Health Care Center

The Lower Sioux Health Care Center is a tribal health facility operated within the Lower Sioux Indian Community’s health and human services system in south-central Minnesota. It provides medical care, dental care, pharmacy services and retail optical services, with community health programs supporting prevention and family well-being. The center serves tribal members, employees of community businesses and other eligible patients described in its published access policy. Its clinic is at 39648 Reservation Highway 3 in the Morton postal area, just east of Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel. The center publishes patient information, provider contacts and service-specific hours through the Lower Sioux Health and Human Services website.
