NPK International Inc. is a publicly traded company based in The Woodlands, Texas, that provides access products and services for worksites. It manufactures and rents composite matting used for temporary roads, work pads and ground protection. Its services include project planning, logistics, site preparation, environmental work and restoration. Customers work in utilities, pipelines, construction, oil and gas, and other industries that need access across difficult ground. The company maintains its headquarters at 9320 Lakeside Boulevard and a manufacturing plant in Carencro, Louisiana. Formerly Newpark Resources Inc., it adopted its current name in December 2024 after selling its Fluids Systems business earlier that year.
