Spokane Public Schools

Spokane Public Schools is a public school district serving students in Spokane, Washington, from preschool through high school. District materials identify 58 schools and roughly 29,000 students. Neighborhood campuses provide core instruction, while choice programs offer Montessori, dual-language, science and technology, career and technical, and virtual learning options. An elected school board governs district policy, and central offices coordinate transportation, student services, facilities and school operations. The district’s NEWTech program provides career training for older high school students, and its virtual program offers instructor-led online courses. These programs supplement classroom education across the district’s service area.
