St. Lucie County Clerk and Comptroller

The St. Lucie County Clerk and Comptroller is an independently elected constitutional office in Florida’s 19th Judicial Circuit. It keeps records and supports operations for the circuit and county courts, including case filings and jury services. The office also records official documents, preserves public records and provides access to court and land records. As county comptroller, it accounts for public funds, prepares financial reports and carries out other oversight duties for county government. Residents, attorneys, businesses and agencies use its services for court matters, records searches, payments, marriage licenses and other civic transactions.
