St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion

St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion is a Catholic eldercare and rehabilitation provider in Lewiston, Maine, serving people of all faiths and backgrounds. It is part of St. Mary’s Health System, whose local care ministry began with the Sisters of Charity of Saint-Hyacinthe in 1888. The pavilion combines rehabilitation after hospitalization with long-term nursing and specialized memory care through Marguerite’s Garden. Its rehabilitation center offers transitional care and support for patients with complex medical conditions before they return home. Nursing, social services, nutritional support and organized activities form part of residential care. Based at 102 Campus Ave., the wider eldercare campus also includes independent apartments at St. Mary’s Residences.
