The Ohio School Boards Association
Organization overview

The Ohio School Boards Association is a member-led statewide association serving Ohio’s public school boards and their elected and appointed members. Formed in 1955, it supports boards through leadership training, legislative advocacy, policy development, legal guidance and management services. Membership also gives school district administrators and staff access to its services. A Board of Trustees and Executive Committee govern the association, with member boards represented through a Delegate Assembly. Its five regional associations help coordinate local participation and professional development. Administrative offices are at 8050 N. High St., Suite 100, in central Ohio.
