Wake County Board of Elections

The Wake County Board of Elections is the local election administration agency for Wake County, North Carolina. It manages voter registration, polling places, absentee voting, candidate filings, election equipment, tabulation and required canvassing activities. The office recruits and trains precinct officials for elections held across Raleigh, Cary and the county’s other communities. Its work combines year-round records management and public information with large temporary operations during early voting and Election Day.
