Fenway Health reported an IT incident that delayed MyChart messages and phone responses and coincided with the Sept. 11 cancellation of a sexual health walk-in clinic session. The organization was still working with outside IT experts on Sept. 12, but the public record does not establish a malicious cyber cause, data compromise, ransomware or a threat actor.
