Menlo Park, San Mateo County, California, USA

Menlo Park is a city on California’s San Francisco Peninsula in southeastern San Mateo County, between San Francisco and San Jose. Its landscape runs from bayfront marshes and tidal flats toward the foothills, with San Francisquito Creek along much of its southern edge. The community grew around a 19th-century rail stop named for a nearby estate. Today, residential neighborhoods, commercial districts and protected baylands share the city.
