Troy, Latah County, Idaho, USA

Troy is a small city in eastern Latah County, Idaho, about 12 miles east of Moscow. It stands among the rolling fields of the Palouse near the transition to the forested foothills of the Clearwater Mountains. The community grew in the late 19th century with rail connections, farming and timber activity. Grain elevators, older commercial buildings and nearby working lands reflect that history. Agriculture, forestry, local services and employment in the Moscow area continue to shape the town.
