Location overview
The Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District area covers Park City and much of the Snyderville Basin in western Summit County, Utah. It lies in the Wasatch Mountains east of Salt Lake City, near Interstate 80. The landscape includes the East Canyon and Silver Creek watersheds, with mountain neighborhoods, commercial areas and open land. Park City’s historic mining core and the basin’s later residential growth give the area a mix of older settlement and newer development.
