Community Medical Center

Community Medical Center is a critical access hospital in Falls City, Nebraska, serving Richardson County and surrounding communities. Its hospital and clinics provide emergency, inpatient and outpatient care, with an emergency department open around the clock. On-site services include laboratory testing, imaging and rehabilitation, alongside family medicine, surgery and visiting specialty care. The current hospital was built in 2009, and additions to its medical specialist and rural clinics followed in 2018. The center also participates in Bryan Health’s Epic Community Connect program, giving patients access to the MyChart portal and supporting connections with other participating health care providers.
